Occupational Health Physician

Occupational Health Physician – Remote (UK Only)
Minimum 3 Days per Week | Competitive Salary | Permanent

We’re looking for an experienced Occupational Health Physician to join a growing clinical team, supporting the delivery of high-quality occupational health services across a wide range of sectors.

This is a home-based role, requiring a minimum of three days per week. You’ll be responsible for delivering expert clinical advice through telephone and video consultations, supporting both referring managers and employees with clarity, professionalism, and care.

The role includes:

  • Case management consultations focused on fitness-for-work, workplace adjustments, and return-to-work planning

  • Producing high-quality, evidence-based clinical reports

  • Working collaboratively with HR teams, line managers, and fellow clinicians

  • Staying up to date with occupational health best practice, legislation, and clinical standards

  • Maintaining a high standard of clinical governance in your day-to-day work

What we’re looking for:

  • GMC-registered physician, licensed to practise in the UK

  • Minimum of a Diploma in Occupational Medicine; AFOM or FFOM welcomed

  • Strong background in occupational health, with a focus on case management

  • Excellent communication and report-writing skills

  • Ability to work independently and manage your own caseload

  • Solid understanding of workplace health frameworks and relevant legislation
